The Dubliners - irlandzki zespół folkowy założony w 1962 roku w Dublinie z inicjatywy Ronnie Drewa, Ciarana Bourke'a, Barneya McKenna i Luke'a Kelly'ego. Był to piewszy zespół z Zielonej Wyspy, po The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, który odniósł międzynarodowy sukces. Początkowo zespół nazywał się "The Ronnie Drew Group" i grywał w dublińskim O'Donoghue's Pub. Zmiana nazwy na "The Dubliners" była spowodowana fascynacją przeczytanej przez Kelly'ego książki Jamesa Joyce'a "Dublinczycy". O muzykach nie było głośno aż do 1967 roku, po nagraniu piosenek "Seven Drunken Nights" i "The Black Velvet Band", które pojawiły sie w pirackiej rozgłośni Radio Caroline. Obydwa utwory znalazły sie na brytyjskiej liście Top 20 1967 roku. Odtąd zespół zaczął być rozpoznawalny i coraz bardziej popularny. Grupa po dziś dzień organizuje koncerty w całej Europie w składzie: Barney McKenna, John Sheahan, Sean Cannon, Eamonn Campbell i Patsy Watchorn.
